Bertch's Needs
Bertch approached us looking to improve both the effectivenenss and timeliness of communication with independent dealers located all across the country.
The Process
After presenting our previous extranet solutions, Bertch decided to leverage our Spinternet software for their dealer portal. After fully understanding the dynamics between Bertch and its dealers, our project management team laid out an efficient architecture. In order to provide the best possilbe solution, our development team made custom enhancements to the version of software that was deployed for Bertch.
The Result
By utilizing the extranet as their primary communication medium, Bertch can now provide on-demand information to all of it's dealers. At the click of a mouse, dealers can review product specifications, access sales materials, review manufacturing lead times and much more.
Spinternet has dramitcally increased the delivery speed of new and updated content to its dealers. |
