A UCLA graduate who spent most of his life rooting for USC, Eric has professional experience creating personas, user journey mapping, and conducting A/B testing for website designs. He is an avid reader who believes that learning new things and expanding our perspectives makes us better personally and professionally. Outside of work, Eric likes to experiment with photography and is always up for a game of chess.
