Connecting with clients is critical for Joshua. He strives to feel for and connect with them as best he can, because he believes that an emotional investment is essential. The more invested you are on a personal level, the better the work -- and the less like work it’ll feel. In his role as a project manager, Joshua not only brings tech savvy and account service skills to the table, but he also provides the energy necessary to see projects through to fruition. Outside of work, he likes to powerlift, play video games, and build LEGOs.
