Kim Davidson

VP of Team Member Support

Kim is our director of talent development, meaning she works to put processes in place to make sure all of Spinutech’s team members are working to #GetBetterEveryDay. She is a graduate of Simpson College with a bachelor’s degree in human resources. Kim also holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Webster University. Her specialities include training and development, recruiting, and benefits. In her free time she enjoys cheering her kids on and inspiring them to give back to the community. She also enjoys a good coffee shop and checking out new restaurants.
