Single E-Commerce Platform
Spinutech worked with Whole Foods to consolidate region-specific solutions into a unified shopping site for all regions within the company. We integrated with their company-wide catalog system which enables the sale of products in the US, Canada, and UK. All transactional information is transmitted to their data warehouse for additional reporting and analytics.
An important aspect of Spinutech’s solution for Whole Foods is a specific interface tailored to Whole Foods Team Members. The interface allows team members to quickly place orders on behalf of customers and provide important notes for their co-workers at the time they fulfill the orders.
Whole Foods provides a number of convenient ways for customers to find and purchase products. As a result, they needed an e-commerce platform able to provide a shopping experience across different mediums. Spinutech built a custom API to facilitate orders from the web, in-store kiosks and mobile devices.
Much of the flexibility Spinutech has been able to deliver to Whole Foods is directly related to our Spinternet E-commerce framework and Spinutech’s ability to mold it to the specific needs of Whole Foods.
