Spinutech worked with PSAV to understand their customers and to develop a digital strategy that appropriately positioned the organization within the meeting and event planning industry. We conducted extensive interviews with stakeholders and users and moved quickly to launch a minimum viable product (MVP) website that consolidated a previously fragmented online presence.
Along with a new visual design, we implemented our web-based content management system and updated several key online tools including PSAV's popular bandwidth calculator, rigging request form, and most recently a sophisticated location finder. We continue to work with PSAV to redesign their internal intranet (used by 9,000+ team members) and enhance and optimize their website.
Once we launched PSAV's new website we began supporting it with paid search, search engine optimization, and social media. We continue to work closely with PSAV's digital marketing team to drive quality traffic to their website, optimize lead generation, and create an online presence that aligns with the organization's dominant position in its industry.
