Paid Time Off
All full-time team members receive PTO scaled accordingly with their years of service. You're not allowed to check your work email on vacation, though.

Summer Hours
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, we split the company into two teams. Then every other Friday one of those teams gets to leave at noon, so they can get a jump-start on their weekend.

We observe eight major holidays as a company and offer each individual team member two floating holidays per calendar year.
