But before you scroll through the list of company benefits below, there is one thing you should know. To better serve the needs of our team members, we do one simple thing: We ask them.

Flexible Working Arrangements

Work wherever you feel most at home — whether that's an office, your home, a coffee shop, your grandma's kitchen, or a coworking space. Where there is wi-fi, there is a work space!

Insurance Benefits

We provide our team members full medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as company-paid life and disability insurance.

Retirement Benefits

We offer a 401k plan with a company match to help our team members save for the years ahead.

Paid Time Off

All full-time team members receive PTO scaled accordingly with their years of service. You're not allowed to check your work email on vacation, though.

Paid Family Leave

We offer fully-paid maternity leave up to 12 weeks and parental leave up to 4 weeks, ensuring team members have ample time to bond with their newly born, adopted, or fostered children.

Wellness Program

Recognizing wellness means something different to everyone, we sponsor and organize a variety of health-related activities and challenges to ensure team members have the resources they need to support their physical, mental, and social well-being.

Summer Hours

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, we split the company into two teams. Then every other Friday one of those teams gets to leave at noon, so they can get a jump-start on their weekend.

Company Holidays

We observe nine major holidays as a company and offer each individual team member one floating holiday per calendar year.
