  • Manage data collection, analysis and reporting for clients and internal teams
  • Extract and manipulate large data sets to find meaningful insights that drive business/marketing results
  • Efficiently aggregate data from multiple data sources to create a “single source of truth”
  • Use statistical models to help clients understand current digital performance and predict future results
  • Implement and maintain digital and web tracking using tag management systems
  • Analyze and manage data from web analytics tools, digital ad platforms and other data sources in an effort to identify performance trends, data inaccuracies, optimization opportunities and business insights
  • Lead reporting and dashboard creation for clients and internal teams using data visualization tools
  • Identify analytics opportunities for existing and prospective clients and present solutions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay current with new data and analytics news, trends, tools and strategies and proactively communicate updates to clients and internal teams
  • Effectively communicate data strategies, performance insights and complex data problems and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders


  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of data and analytics experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data & analytics, mathematics, statistics or computer science required
  • Ability to extract data from various databases using SQL
  • Prior experience with R, SAS, Python or other statistical software and programming languages
  • Advance skills in Microsoft Excel 
  • Experience implementing and managing web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics 
  • Previous experience with digital and web tagging systems such as Google Tag Manager and Adobe Dynamic Tag Management
  • Strong understanding of web and digital marketing metrics/KPIs
  • Advanced usage of data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Domo, etc.
  • Proven record of utilizing data and analytics to drive business/marketing results
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to clearly communicate (verbal and written) complex information and data analyses to a broad spectrum of audiences
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast, client-based organization
