Job Description


Provide help desk / technical support for team members.

Maintain equipment and inventory.

Train team members on corporate technology.

Troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

Provide onboarding/offboarding support.


Degree in Computer Science, engineering or similar relevant field

Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with IT Support/System Administration

Candidates will have 2+ years experience with Google Workspace,Window OS, and macOS.

Knowledge of Active Directory, door control systems, phone systems

Knowledge of troubleshooting software and hardware issues

Understanding of networking and server configuration

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong work ethic and self-motivated with ability to take ownership, prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently
