Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Account Supervisor to lead strategic oversight of a client’s comprehensive digital media program, managing multi-million-dollar media spend across hundreds of campaigns.

This role requires a sharp strategic mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to drive performance, insight, and efficiency across internal and external workflows.





Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership And Client Partnership

  • Provide high-level strategic direction and oversight for digital media planning across U.S. markets.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, day-to-day stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Position Spinutech as a premier strategic partner through proactive leadership, vision, and expertise.

Media Planning And Execution

  • Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of hundreds of media plans, including budgeting, proposals, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure billing and financial communications are accurate and timely.
  • Lead weekly performance reporting and ad hoc analyses, delivering actionable insights across all digital channels.

Project And Workflow Management

  • Drive annual planning and program management across a large-scale portfolio.
  • Manage project status, deliverables, and escalations—owning coordination among cross-functional teams.
  • Lead campaign optimization, dashboard development, tracking, and reporting integrations.

Internal Process Improvement

  • Evaluate and refine internal workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Lead or support internal training, process documentation, and systems improvements to strengthen team delivery and scalability.

Team And Stakeholder Facilitation

  • Lead critical client and internal conversations to resolve issues and guide next steps.
  • Align cross-functional teams and leadership around priorities, performance goals, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with an internal team of 20+ to ensure program success and profitability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of account management experience, with a strong emphasis on digital media planning and performance; agency experience required.
  • Proven success managing large-scale media budgets (seven-figure spend) across multiple plans or locations—experience with multi-location or franchise models.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in managing billing, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Sheets (budgeting, dashboards) and Slides (presentations).
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to turn media data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and various ad platform dashboards.
  • Process-oriented with a track record of improving agency workflows and team efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
