We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, Senior Paid Social Strategist with extensive experience developing and leading sophisticated paid social strategies that drive measurable business results. In this role, you will serve as the strategic lead for a portfolio of clients, providing proactive recommendations, building trusted client relationships, and guiding paid social strategy across multiple platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams while mentoring fellow strategists and helping shape the continued growth of our Paid Social practice.

Platforms include: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid social strategist across multiple client accounts and industries
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for assigned clients, building trusted relationships through proactive communication and data-driven recommendations
  • Present campaign performance, testing roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to key client stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Develop audience strategies, testing plans, and media recommendations that support each client's unique business objectives
  • Turn complex performance data into clear insights and actionable next steps that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with the Analytics team to ensure tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate and actionable
  • Partner with Creative Strategists to provide strategic direction on messaging, creative concepts, testing frameworks, and platform best practices
  • Identify opportunities to expand client programs through new campaigns types, platforms, audience strategist, creative testing, and measurement enhancements
  • Mentor and support other Paid Social Strategists by sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and promoting best practices across the team
  • Stay ahead of paid social platform updates, AI advancements, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to proactively bring new ideas to clients
  • Maintain a high standard of quality assurance through detailed campaign reviews and ongoing optimization


Requirements

  • 5+ years of agency experience managing paid social campaigns and strategy
  • Demonstrated experience leading paid social strategy for multiple complex client accounts
  • Proven success managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads
  • Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, measurement, and performance reporting
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop strategic creative direction and testing frameworks
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta conversions API, Commerce Manager, and product catalog management
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or leading cross-functional initiatives is preferred
