Senior Paid Social Media Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking a Paid Social Media Strategist with experience in running complex eCommerce paid social campaigns to help plan, analyze, recommend, and execute paid social media strategies to meet our clients' digital marketing goals. Strategists are required to provide a proactive service to clients, maintain and grow strong relationships, and support the growth of existing customers.


  • Design, implement and optimize paid social media strategies to achieve marketing goals for a variety of clients across multiple industries with a focus on eCommerce.
  • Recommend targeting strategies and develop audience lists for future campaigns.
  • Develop strong insights and turn data into actionable results. Deliver the story behind the data to key stakeholders.
  • Actively work with the data and analytics team to ensure tracking and reporting is accurate.
  • Stay abreast of paid social media trends and best practices to bring clients the best strategies and recommendations proactively.
  • Proofread and quality check, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of high converting landing pages, upsells, LTV, and associated areas to help drive ROAS
  • Proficient with Facebook business manager, Instagram, TikTok for business, and Pinterest. 
  • Build and execute social media advertising funnels 
  • Technical understanding of social platform reporting tools, pixels, APIs, and attribution.


  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in social media marketing. Agency experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Strong working knowledge of how to market and communicate to specific client audiences across all mainstream social media channels.
  • Background in running paid campaigns on social channels.
  • Experience setting up Catalogs and product sets in Commerce Manager.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ability to present to key stakeholders.
  • Strong initiative/self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed. “Can Do” attitude and team mentality a must
