We’re looking for a proven agency leader to step into a high-impact role driving growth across a diverse portfolio of clients. This is an opportunity to shape the future of client partnerships within a performance-driven, digitally-led agency.
You’ll operate as a true senior executive partner to clients and internal leadership, owning client growth, elevating strategic output, and building a best-in-class client engagement function

Responsibilities & Impact:Client Growth & Strategic Leadership
Own growth, retention, and overall health of a multi-million-dollar client portfolioServe as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, influencing business outcomesDrive measurable impact across performance marketing, digital, and web initiativesLead integrated, full-funnel strategies aligned to client business goalsAnticipate client needs and unlock new opportunities for expansionAgency Leadership & Team Development
Lead and develop a high-performing client engagement teamBuild a culture of accountability, strategic thinking, and continuous growthElevate the quality of client leadership across the organizationRevenue Expansion & New Business
Drive organic growth through cross-sell, upsell, and client expansionPlay a key role in new business efforts, including pitch strategy and closingPartner with executive leadership to scale revenue and client impactOperational Excellence

10+ years leading client services within a digital or integrated agencyProven track record managing and growing multi-million-dollar client portfoliosDeep understanding of full-funnel digital marketing and web solutionsExperience driving client growth- not just managing accountsStrong commercial acumen with ownership of revenue and profitabilityExecutive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholdersExperience leading and scaling high-performing teamsForward-thinking mindset, with exposure to AI and emerging technologiesWhy this role:
